Any product that is damaged due to defect or shipping may be exchanged for replacement or company credit. Please contact Sales Department for assistance in returning merchandise. Merchandise must be returned to us via freight prepaid with assigned authorization number. Custom made items are not returnable. Authorization to return merchandise is valid for 60 days.

Wholesale Exchange Program

We are the only company in the country that guarantees all our stock stone sales. We will swap any stones that do not sell well for you and replace them with ones that sell well in your area. The only charge to you is the shipping cost to return the stones.
